Short version: your play stays on your PC, and we keep as little as we can.
Draft for legal review
This page is a plain-words draft. A lawyer reviews it before the product is sold. Where it says what we do, that is what the software does today.
Who we are
Rivel Labs makes Playfellow. Questions: hello@rivel.pro.
What stays on your PC
- Your buddy's memory, diary, recordings and logs, in a folder you choose.
- Your AI keys, in Windows' credential store.
- The pictures of your game: they are looked at and dropped, and never saved unless you turn recording on.
What we receive
- If you buy: Paddle, our seller of record, handles your payment details and tax. We receive your email and what you bought.
- If you use our hosted AI (when it opens): the request and its size, to meter your allowance and stop abuse. Meta models are used in Standard mode, which Meta does not train on.
- Nothing else, unless you send it to support.
Your choices
- See and clear everything stored on your PC: Settings, Data and Cache.
- Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold: hello@rivel.pro.
- Remove your account on the web; your purchase record stays for tax law.
Adults only
Playfellow is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think a younger person used it, write to us and we delete what we hold.
