Draft for legal review

A lawyer reviews this page before the product is sold.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You use your own games and your own AI account, and you follow each game's and each AI company's rules.

What you buy

A subscription (Solo, Pro or Squad, monthly or yearly). Paddle is the seller of record. Prices are in US dollars and tax is added at checkout. It renews until you cancel; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Fair use

Playfellow is for single-player games you play alone. Do not use it to cheat against other people, to break a game's rules, or to harm anything.

Stopping

F12 always stops the buddy. You are responsible for keeping the stop key within reach while it plays.

As is

AI can be wrong. Playfellow is provided as it is, and our responsibility is limited as the law allows.
